It includes Joomla installation, required components, and dummy content; exactly like that of a website demo. All these are bundled into one installation package, namely the Quick start package.

Yes you can. It depends on your membership type. For example, if you have a Personal Membership License, you can use the template limited for 4 domains only. But, if you have a Developer Membership License, you can use the template for yourself and your clients with no limit per domain, as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions, and your membership is up to date.
